HOUSE RULES

Classic Executive Apartments Rules for Guests/Residents 1) Purpose These rules are designed to ensure safety, peace, and respect for all occupants and neighbors. The Premises are to be used for residential purposes only. 2) Smoking Policy Smoking of cigarettes only is permitted on the outside balcony or outdoor areas. Dispose of all smoking materials safely in approved receptacles and ensure embers are fully extinguished. Smokers must ensure smoke does not enter the interior of the unit or neighboring units. Smoking of cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, or any tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside all living areas, including living rooms, bedrooms, kitchen, toilets, and hallways. Smoking of Indian hemp (cannabis) or any other illegal or controlled substances is prohibited anywhere on the Premises, including outdoor areas. The use of any device generating smoke or strong odors that may disturb others is prohibited inside the unit. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in a remediation fee and/or penalties. 3) Drugs and Substances The possession, use, sale, or distribution of hard drugs or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited anywhere on the Premises. Any use of illegal substances may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of money paid, in addition to potential legal action as permitted by law. 4) Safety and Maintenance Do not tamper with or disable smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other life-safety devices. Do not use candles, open flames, or any equipment that poses a fire hazard. Pets are not allowed. 5) Keys and Access Loss of keys or access devices may incur a replacement fee. 6) Liability and Indemnification Residents/guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors beyond normal wear and tear. The management reserves the right to inspect the unit prior to guest check-out, in accordance with the tenancy agreement. While missing or damaged items must be paid for by the guest. 7) Acknowledgment By occupying the unit or hosting guests, the resident agrees to comply with these rules and acknowledges that violations may result in, monetary fine, eviction, forfeiture of money paid, and payment for damages caused by themselves or their visitors.
